Council has a vacancy in its Engineering Department for a Civil Engineer. This permanent full-time position will report directly to the Manager Engineering and will be based at the Beaufort office.
The primary objective of the position is to assist with investigations, assessments and provision of engineering or technical advice and remedial solutions for a wide range of Council projects and infrastructure related concerns.
The salary classification for the position will be in accordance with the Victorian Local Authorities Award, 2001 and Pyrenees Shire Council’s 2019 Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and will be Band 5 ($70,824-$81,057p/a) or Band 6 ($84,792-$91,797p/a) depending on experience. Superannuation and RDOs are included.
