About the Role
SEE Group are looking to welcome an intake of Undergraduate Site Engineers to join our highly professional and skilled team. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that will see you applying your theoretical knowledge in a practical way. This is a casual role based predominantly on our Urban projects in the Tweed region.
Responsibilities will include
- Responsible and accountable to maintain the quality system, appropriate registers and ensure all relevant quality documentation is completed as required by the IMS and contractual obligations.
- Responsible and accountable to review ITP’s and construction procedures with the Site Supervisor with a view to ensuring their satisfactory completion and filing.
- Assist the project team in the preparation of the construction and environmental method statements and other documentation as required in the project. Provide design and construction documentation as required by the project, including conducting site surveys and inspections.
- Conduct technical inspections of structures, formations and other civil elements of a project as required. Conduct the design and supervision of civil remedial works as demanded by a project. Assist the project team in evaluating construction methods.
- Assist the project team to monitor the daily programming of all site works for adherence to the project construction program.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Currently studying towards a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Highly effective planning, organising and problem solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
