As the ServiceNow Admin / Developer, you will work as part of the Service Management team to ensure IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively leveraging the Service Management platform.
You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance and development of ServiceNow, managing a key supplier who delivers the enhancement roadmap for platform. Other key responsibilities include:
Own the ServiceNow platform and relevant interfaces
Provide support to optimise service management processes
Perform general admin within ServiceNow, including configuration, reporting and scripting
Provide support to resolve ServiceNow incidents and problems, both reactively and proactively
Design and manage system integrations and platform enhancements
Create reporting for IT leadership and steering committees

What You Will Bring:
You will have previous experience in a similar ServiceNow position and have been responsible for designing, developing and maintaining an effective Service Management platform as well as a good understanding of the functionality of the system, especially within CMDB.
You will also have the following:
IT service management experience across a range of functions
Demonstrated competence in developing and executing ITSM improvement plans
Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure
Experience in creating reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow modules
Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, Change Management, and Incident Management
You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and pride yourself on delivering a high level of technical achievement in every instance.
