The Stores Infrastructure Operations Engineer, is responsible for facilitating 3rd level Incident, Problem and Change Management across our Stores environment to ensure availability of IT Infrastructure to over 3000 trading sites across Australia and New Zealand.
Working as part of a team which includes a rostered after hours on call week every 4th week, our Operations Engineers work to ensure the Infrastructure up to an SOE level is in place to support business applications, this includes Hardware diagnosis across our estate of Servers, Workstations, Point of Sale, Self Check Out and RF devices.
The Operations Team work closely with the Engineering group to align fixes identified in Production to be built into future releases and support Application level troubleshooting as required
Our Engineers work proactively with 1st and 2nd level teams to proactively document and shift repeatable tasks to appropriate support groups.

As our successful candidate, you have proven experience supporting Windows Server, Android handheld RF, Workstation and Point of Sale devices ideally within a large scale complex organisation. You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to translate at a technical and business level on Major Incidents while managing conflicting priorities. A working knowledge of SCCM, Airwatch MDM Windows Desktop and Server, legacy as well as current versions will be highly regarded.
